Pouring like a rich, dark Belgian dubbel with notes of plum and raisin, this strong beer has been brewed in collaboration with our good friends at Dageraad Brewing.
It sits balanced by the dryness of the French saison, and subtle star anise & pepper spice. This beer has also been can-conditioned at Dageraad for that extra Belgian touch.

473 ml can. Pours brown with huge head. A funky faint aroma to start, but pretty much everything else is blocked by the head. The anise comes through later. Flavors of bitter belgian yeast, metallic malts, bread crust, and sharp anise seed. Strong bitter finish.

Deep copper with a decent white head. Spiced notes and raisin. Spice and raisin with a dry finish.
