500ml Bottle from a Melbecks Garden Centre, Coleshill. Clear amber with small off white top. Aroma of toasted malts with some caramel and light hops. Taste is quite sweet but has a nice balance of malt and hop flavour - caramel, slight toastiness to the grain with lemon, grass, pine. A decent bitter finish offsets the sweetness. Slick medium body and carbonation.

Gravity cask at Mill Hill Cask & Coffee, Enderby. Chestnut/amber, clear with a ring of off-white head and considerable lacing. Malty, nutty aroma with forest floor notes. Bittersweet taste has a cherry caramel sweetness underlying the woody hop bitterness. Long finish with a suggestion of sourness. A slight bite of natural carbonation in the finish. In perfect condition which doesn't hurt!
