Für dieses helle Pale Ale wurde sowohl beim Hopfenkochen als auch beim Stopfen im Gärtank der amerikanische Hopfen Columbus verwendet. Eine Hopfensorte, die sich durch die Bitterstoffe, aber auch durch ihr feines Aroma auszeichnet. So wird der Duft von Zitrusfrüchten von einer harzigen und pfeffrigen Note abgerundet.

Bottle. Grey pale yellow, white head. Peach and melon nose, sweet apricot cake. Medium body, sticky, mineral, oxidized grain base. Pie sensibilities, a bit too muddled on the palate.

Bottle. Hazy dark golden color with white head. Aroma is citrusy, peppery, bready. Taste is bready, peppery, citrus, leafy. Smooth mouthfeel with high carbonation. Solid, but not outstanding.
