Al palato è morbida, rotonda e vellutata. La sensazione etilica è presente ma mai fastidiosa. Ritroviamo da subito la pesca e l’albicocca sotto spirito già presenti all’olfatto oltre ad una nota erbacea lievemente resinosa. L’amaro è deciso ma ben bilanciato. La carbonazione bassa per facilitare la bevuta.

33cl bottle from Abeervinum, Rimini, Italy. Pours deep amber yellow, dense, with no foam. Aroma is barrel ageing, raisins, fig. Body is dense, with moderate carbonation. Taste is moderately sour, with some sweetness and a touch of bitterness. Final is average.

Tap at Craft bier fest Wien. Deep golden color with small white head. Aroma of malt, alcohol, honey. Taste, malt, sweet malt, alcohol, honey. Nice.

From tap. Pours hazy orange with a creamy tan head. Aroma is breadish, light fruity and toasted malt. Mixed bitter and sweet malty. Lingering toasted malty finish.

Pours unclear darker blonde to amber. Medium sized head, good stability. Much lacing. Smell is bit creamy, quite malty, wheat is bit hidden. Some alcohol notes. Taste is full, creamy, rather boozy, wheat, very intensely so, mild bitterness. Low carbo, over a thick body. Too boozy to me.
