Upoznajte naše možda najposebnije pivo do sada, tamno, gusto te izvorno poljsko - Baltic Porter! 🖤 Ovo je tipično poljsko pivo koje je naš kuhar Lukasz *original Poljak* odležavao mjesecima te tako nam osigurao praavi specijalitet ravno iz #Brlog kuhinje i just in time za blagdane! 😍
Baltic Porter je gusto tamno pivo bogatog tijela stvoreno za sporo ispijanje piva i dugotrajni užitak. Idealno je za ove zimske dane kada se želimo počastiti nečim stvarno posebnim i uživati u svakom gutljaju.
Odlikuje se kompleksnom sladnom aromom nalik imperial stoutima s manje naglašenim karakterom prženog, a više tamnog slada uz arome tamnog i suhog voća, karamele i čokoladnih tartufa, s primjesama sladića i porto vina.

Bottle, 0.33l. Aroma of roasted malt, chocolate, licorice and dried fruit. Pours pitch black color with medium sized frothy light brown head, poor lacing and average sparkling appearance. Taste starts with medium sweet richly roasted malt, nuts and bitter chocolate, following is herbal and dried fruity with earthy and alcohol notes, mouthfeel is warm and spicy, while finish is mild to medium bitter. Full body, thick creamy texture and average carbonation in palate. Just appropriate for spending winter in a den…

Bottle from Lubka, thanks. Malty aroma, roastyness, coffee, chocolate, medium bitter. Full body, too fizzy for baltic porter, malty bitter finish. Ok.

Bottle, 0.33l. Deep brown, almost black pour, half finger soapy beige head, short lasting. Sticky lacing on the glass. Very nice on the nose, fruity, caramel and cola notes, herbal, subtle roast. Medium body, lively carbonation. Smooth mouthfeel and texture, soft and chewy, refreshing and easily drinkable. Roasty bitter taste with moderate fruitiness to it. Aroma of dried dark fruits, caramel, herbs. Cola, roasted malt, molasses. Wood. Hints of coffee and chocolate. Lingering bitterness, dry, warming alcohol. Medium to long lasting finish, boozy. Very good.

Tap at Spicy Days. Pretty much a pitch black body, tan head or remnants thereof. Soft aroma, caramel, raisins, light cocoa, lightly ashy, light sweetish grainy notes. Lean, smooth, silky, drinkable taste, dark chocolate, slightly ashy roasty touches, raisins, quite fresh. Like a classier, stronger, smoother, silkier, Tomislav. Can't find much of a fault with it, excellent.
