Amber IPA. This is probably the best way to describe this beer where hops and malts are sharing the flavours of the final beer. The caramel malts bring some toffee, light toasted flavours while the different hops (bravo, mosaic and simcoe) give some floral and fruity notes. The fresh hoppy smell hides a strong bitterness and the infused oak ships give some old wood hints. It's worth a try!

Pours as a glass full of foam. this is a new kind of extreme ! when the head finally clears off, some clear amber beer shines trough. Smell is hoppy indeed, but with a big blast of amber malts underneath. Taste is rather sharp, bitter, grassy, simcoe does show. Overcarbonated, or what did you expect, and a rather weak base. Not bad at all, but perhaps a bit simple. Oak chips don't really show up in the taste.
