Beer and cigar… The idea of this beer was to create a pairing between beer and cigar. Based on that, the group decided to make an amber beer with some caramel malts and roasted chocolate malt. They chose a Belgian abbey yeast and a light hoppy character. However, the dried orange peels and the old brown rhum balance the cigar flavours. Eventually, the final ingredient was a touch of gingseng to keep it exotic !

Pours fark unclear reddish amber. Decent white head is very inconsistant , and build up from big bubbles. Smell is dry, bit hay, sharp maltyness. Taste is bitter, very intense . High carbo, decent , very malty back. Not bad. Bit creamy, mild lactic. The brewery called infection upon this' I dont specifically agree, if this is infected its hidden very well. Appart from the overcarbonation and messy look, I dont dislike this one
