On tap at Dageraad, pours a clear ros red with almost no head. Nose is dominated by the hibiscus, with a slight spiciness from the ginger, which both drown out the apples. Flavour is quite fruity, with lots of hibiscus and red berries, very subtle ginger, and a hint of crisp apple skins. No real complexity or depth, just driven by the adjuncts. It's fine.

Poured from the tap. Clear orangey pink. Medium light ginger, hint of hibiscus, fairly simplistic, not a lot going on, but clean and refreshing. Wouldn’t turn my nose up to it if offered at a party.

Weak pink body and no foam. Smells of minty weak apple, I guess that's the ginger. Taste is modest ginger, okay apple. There's lingering sweetness and okay carbonation. Not bad, a little simple.

Gentle ginger, pink cider, mild hibiscus, off dry, not bad. There's a nice juiciness and the flavours come across clean.
