Soured with Lactobacillus prior to fermenting, this beer is a tart, refreshing venture out from traditional beer styles. The addition of hibiscus petals in the fermenter adds herbal cranberry notes while Strawberry adds body and a touch of sweetness.

On tap at The Magnet, pours a clear copper bronze with a tiny white head. Aroma is yogurty, with strawberry and hibiscus in the background. Flavour is not pleasant, with lots of low-quality strawberry yogurt, a touch of hibiscus, and more yogurt. This is terrible. Jesus Christ.

Okay caramel body and okay foam. Smells of soft strawberry, great fruitiness on this. Taste is great tart fruit and soft tanginess leading the aftertaste. Really nice.

@ BC Beer Awards. Pinkish colour, nice head, cranberry, light floral, tart, good complexity. Excellent.
