Bottle from Lindisfarne Tourist shop bought for me by my mother as a gift. Golden liquid with sweet notes on the aroma. bit herby on flavour with sweetish finish. Canโt say I got a lot of honey from it, but this was my first proper mead and I have to say I really enjoyed it. Well chilled it was refreshing, crisp and made me feel extremely chipper

Golden colour. Mild, sweet aroma. Sweet flavour, not much honey, but a little unpleasant bitterness. Watery finish.

A pale yellow mead with no head. The aroma is sweet with notes of alcohol and vanilla. The flavor has strong notes of cream, citrus, and honey. It is very sweet - too sweet for me - it feels sticky in the mouth. Thanks to Jez (Rauchbier) for bringing this one over the Northsea.
