Big thnx to Ben ! Pours black, good and very stable white head. Smell is rich, dark grains, mild hazelnut ( not as sweet as anticipated for ) taste is sharp, roasty, hazelnut (roasted ) not too sweet at all. Bit thinner than expected In the body. Good carbo. Nice beer, but with expectations trough the roof, I did feel a bit let down.

Crowler thanks to Brian. Pours black with medium frothy tan head that lasts. The aroma is strong roast, dark chocolate, wood. Medium body, similar flavors to nose, boozy, bitter roast finish, very good.

32 oz crowler courtesy of a friend, thanks Min! Black with tan head. Aromas of milk and dark chocolate, sweet nutty notes. Tastes of milk and dark chocolate, sweet nutty notes, light caramel and roast. Full body with a dry finish. Alcohol is very well hidden for 10.5%. Very tasty.
