A hop slammed DIPA, juicy and smooth with a bite. Hazy!
This beer and its flavors just came to us. Like an epiphany. Sometimes that happens, and when it does just take the ball and run. So, that’s what we did here. Hops blending so well create that bitterness, that freshness, and that juiciness we all know and love in a DIPA. Wide Awake is hopped with Mosaic, and dry-hopped with Idaho 7, Citra, Simcoe Cryo, Sabro Cryo, and Columbus.

Can from Beer52 and my first from this brewery. Hazy pale gold with moderate sized white head. Dank hops, overripe but juicy tropical fruits, pepper on the nose. Really nice juiciness in the taste with pineapple, mango and passionfruit, somewhat herbal and bitter in the finish for contrast. Notes of pine and coconut also. Smooth body. Very good DIPA.

[33cl can from Beer52.] An opaque amber coloured pour with a fast fading white head; tropical fruit aroma with some fresh green leaves; thick milkshake body with mango and orange flavours; then a crisp finish with some citrus and pine resin. A bit mixed up, but very drinkable.

330ml can from Beer52 - Pours a cloudy yellow colour with a medium sized foamy white head. The aroma is hoppy, citrus and lots of grassy hops. Moderately sweet to light sweet taste, sweet malt, tropical and citrus fruit flavours with a grassy and peppery hop bitterness.
