Inspired by piney forests and our hopes of Spring, Galanthus is aptly named after the snowdrop flower.
This beer has a vibrant nose of grapefruit, resin and pineapples.The flavour erupts with notes of citrus fruits followed by a punch of pine. A simple yet effective malt grist and an assertive bitterness leave you wanting more.

Cask @ The Knott Bar, Manchester. Crisp golden ale with a creamy head. It's relatively smooth with a hoppy tropical fruitiness.
