Bottle. A bit plain, but decent lambic-ish brew. Lightly funky, lightly woody, quite fruit and lemony, with a tannin touch. A bit flat, both with regards to head and mouthfeel. Refreshing, but a bit dull. 636313 250928

Sample (thanks omhper!). Golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is interestingly oaky and funky with some riesling tones. Flavour is funky, a lot of wood (oak) and some slight herbal and earthy tones. As it warms up a bit there's some chwey rubbery tones to it as well. When cold very nice, when warming up gets some strangeness. And that's not always a good sign. Score given for when colder.

--Bottled, from Systembolaget. -- Hazy golden, small head. Citric, oaky, funky nose with some rubber. Tart with medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Citric with lots of oak and hay, Complex and overall pleasant, albeit with some rubbery notes. Low to medium bitterness.

Gyllengul med lite dis. Skummet är minimalt. Funkig doft av jäst, vinteräpplen och grapefrukt. Funkig och syrlig smak av vinteräpplen, ekfat, grapefrukt, mint och banan.
