Bottle. Unclear pale golden body under a fading, moderate sized white head. Fresh acidic fruity aroma with hint of citric fruit, apples, minerals, yoghurt, lactic acid and slightly herbal. Taste is balanced sourness with mild fruit and white berries flavor in combination with yoghurt, minerals, funk and herbs. Medium body and same aftertaste. An elegant sour beer in the flavor vice crossing between lambic and kettle sour, still more on the lactic, yoghurt side but made with a really nice balance sweet and sour, not too much fruit and not to much yoghurt. Very refreshing and food friendly.

Flaska från Systembolaget. Gyllene utan skum. Doftar frisk geuze, äpplen och apelsin. Fyllig, drickbart, balanserad syra.

Flaska från SB. Guldfärgad med vit krona. Doftar och smakar fräscht, syrligt, stramt av citrus, stall, äpple, fat. Drar åt en enklare geuze. Typiska Brekeriet-toner, men mer åtstramat, elegant och nyanserat. Väldigt snyggt. En öl att återvända till ofta.

Gul noe tåkete med flyktig hvitt skum. Lukter blomster, bæreddik og svovel. Lett. Sursyrlig. Smaker blomster, grønne epler og gjær.

Så og si klar gulbrun med tynt hvitt skum. Lukter gjær, eddik, eple. Smak av syrlige epler.

Bottle from Systembolaget beställningssortiment. A bit hazy golden with a minimal head. Tart with apples, citrus, oak and funk. A pleasant one.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear golden with a small, rough, white head. Extremely intense aroma of lactic acids, acetobacter and Brett - with some noble rot thrown in. At par with some of the best Belgian lambics. Medium body, fairly dry. Same flavors as in the aroma, just more faint and less complex. They would've shone more on a sweeter beer base. And then this annoying baking yeast note turns up as in so many Sours. Complex imperfection! 100622

Flaska från SB. Klar gyllengul vätska i princip utan skum. Syrlig doft och smak. Lite strå, citrus, äpplen, brett, örter, aningen svavel, mineraler. Snäll syra och relativt drickvänlig. Ung, pigg och frisk. Trevlig
