Op tap bij Café Gollem. Zwarte kleur, beige-bruine kraag. Heerlijk aroma van koffie, whisky, brownie, fudge, vanille, chocolade, alles wat lekker is in een RIS met een gelaagd whisky/bourbon-sausje, licht kruidig, chilipeper licht maar duidelijk aanwezig, bitterzoete finish. Volle body. Ik was licht sceptisch maar dit is echt heel goed.

Pours black and an uneven light brown head. Aroma's: sweet, boozy, fruity alcohol, a bit umami, woody. Retronasal: sweetish, molasses, hopjesvla, alcohol, fruit. Flavour is above moderate sweet, alcohol. Alcohol is quite hot. Full bodied. Long finish, ashy, fairly bitter.
