Louie's Empire is the Heaven Hill barrel aged version of 'Louie', a triple chocolate Imperial Stout that we brewed in July 2019 in collaboration with our friends at Vault City. After blending both barrels back together, the resulting beer is layered full of rich chocolate notes, complimentary vanilla oak and light bourbon honeycomb. Limited release of only 451 bottles.

Bottle at Nick's. Pours black, nose is chocolate cake, fudge, vanilla, caramel, taste is similar, rich, meaty, bitter.
