To be or not to be is a classic pale ale inspired by hop-forward beers from the past. The beer has a medium bodied malt backbone which supports a combination of classic hops: Nelson Sauvin, Chinook and Ahtanum. Hopped generously in the kettle to give a full flavour and refreshing bitterness before being dry hopped several times in the tank for additional aroma and flavour.
