Dieses Helle ist die Hommage an die amerikanische Anbauregion Yakima im pazifischen Nordwesten der USA. In den Bierstilklassiker Helles kommen die Hopfensorten Talus, Azacca und Amarillo. Aus diesem Hopfenmix entsteht ein leichtes und zugleich reichhaltiges Aroma von Zitrus, Grapefruit, tropischen Früchten, Steinfrucht und Kräutern.

Süßlicher Antrunk mit weicher, schnell ansteigender Herbe. Moderat bitter, frisch grasig mit Nuancen von Zitrone, spritzig. Mittellanger Abgang, erfrischend. 11/11/10/9/9/10

Pours to a very light yellow and completely clear with thin head disappearing down to 1mm. Bread, grass and maybe some pineapple on the nose. Slight malt up front in the mouth, then some citrus and then nothing... Too thin, no lasting flavour. Interesting non typical hops, they should have added some darker malts for more mouthfeel. Ok. I guess every German brewery has to do a pils / helles...
