Dieses Pils ist eine Hommage an die amerikanische Anbauregion Yakima im pazifischen Nordwesten der USA. In den Bierstilklassiker Kellerpils kommen die Hopfensorten Talus, Azacca und Amarillo. Aus diesem Hopfenmix entsteht ein leichtes und zugleich reichhaltiges Aroma von Zitrus, Grapefruit, tropischen Früchten, Steinfrucht und Kräutern

Mild hopfiger und knackig herber Beginn. Grasig-würzig, mit der Zeit auch etwas bitter. Langer herber Abgang mit rundem aber nicht sonderlich hervorstechendem Hopfen. 8/9/10/10/9/9

Pours to a pale yellow, nearly clear, slight haze. Quickly disappearing head down to a persistent 1mm. Nice fresh nose, floral, fruity, lemon, sweet on a background of bread. Nice upfront tangerine with lemon, good mid malt and nice lingering sweetness fading into bitter. Carbonation a tad high, obscuring the flavours. A bit short and thin on the finish. Still pretty good.

Pours a pale golden color with small white head that lasts. The aroma is floral and citrus. Slick body, pine, wheat, citrus, nice crisp bitterness.
