The giant slept for a year in Barbados rum barrels, then rested half more year in a second fill Woodford bourbon barrel. The double barrel aging made it an outstandingly complex beer. It smells like the childhood memory of roasting marshmallows on the campfire. This memory is complemented by coconut and burnt sugar. The beer bids farewell with a night long mouthfeel.
