A great starter. Light, sweet and with lots of peach, but also a bit funky sour, with soft bretty notes. Woody and a good bit of wine. The peach is at the centre of the beer, with brett, base and barrel supporting it from all sides.

Bottle. Beer Central, Sheffield. Glowing gold. Light haze. Slimmest ring of white. Nose has fresh peach. Peach stone. Soft brett. Wine dregs. Oak. Some sweet vanilla cream. Taste has vanilla and peach sweetness, with soft, bretty, oaky dryness. Light stone fruit bitterness. Light to medium body. Low carbonation. Light tart and juicy finish. Great beer as it is, that’s not dissimilar to Burning Sky Saison du Peche, and there’s probably more to come, too.
