Bottle. Pours cloudy very dark brown with airy tan head. Clear aroma of coffee and yeast, with malty touches and hints of hops. Bitter, roasty onset giving way to sweetish notes of yeast and lactose, ending on a nutty and roasty note. A decent porter.

Bottle, 5.8%. Almost no aroma. Almost black colour. Seems clear. Very unstable head. The flavour is roasted and buttery with a hint of rotten fruit. Late coffee note with coffee bitterness.

330ml bottle, #129, thanks to djoeye for sharing. Jet black body, dissipating tan head, clingy lacing. Roasted malty smell, mid-sweet, promising. Taste of black chocolate and liquorice. Well roasted ending with a backdrop of coffee. Fine depth to it. Pretty good. (Rating session with Finn and djoeye, PivotekaH7, Tromsø 27.01.2021).

Spandert av djoeye. Delt med ham og Rune i H7. Svart. Middels høyt mokkafarget skum som daler sakte. Tynn teppelacing. Lett, behagelig kaffearoma. Smaken balansert. Lakris. Sjokolade. Kakao i ettersmaken.

330ml bottle, pours dark brown, nice lighter brown foam on the top, good bubbles. Dark malty nose, some heavy chocolate cocoa, bit dusty and good level of roast. Tastes heavy, dark bitter chocolate without much sweetness at all. Roast is strong, finish has somewhat tart notes, light roast bitterness lingering for longer in the aftertaste. Decent.
