500ml bottle from Cat in the Glass. Orangey gold colour, short-lived fizzy white foam head and aroma of fruity apple, juicy. Taste is sweetish, juicy, apple, fruity, woody with mellow spice, hint of funk and drying bittersweet tannin. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry fruity tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
