Sumin is a straw yellow Belgian tripel.
Belgian tripel brewed with British barley, German hops and Estonian honey. Spiced with a touch of coriander seeds and bitter orange peels. Fruity, slightly tart and spicy ale with hints of honey, pear, wheat and warm alcohol. Medium bodied, moderately hopped and well balanced beer that's surprisingly easy to drink.

WeWork tasting (20.01.2019). Golden yellow pour with some white foam. Nose is fruity, sone fresh cut grass. sweet honey base. Taste is a bit grassy, some light bitterness, smooth with some hints of beeswax. Tastes dry though, light grassy bitterness. I do like this, maybe I should get another bottle for aging.Earlier Rating: 2/14/2018 Total Score: 3.5Bottle picked up from Uba ja Humal. Pours hazy-dirty orange, foam is funny, quite a lot of it at first but then it reduces pretty quickly - with an audible sound, probably the very first time for me to hear something like this. Nose has belgian yeast, not too sweet nor sticky, lightly soapy though (but maybe thats beeswax?). Taste is nice light fruity, a bit sweetish, yeasty spices. Dang, I do like this, I don't like usual Belgian tripels that much but this interpretation kind of makes sense to me. Having said that, its still not amazing but well, pretty well done. Lingering herbal bitterness, measured bitterness, in the finish.

Pourd clear blonde, no head. Smell is typical tripel, very esther and phenol forward. Mild terpentine. Taste is sharp, bit bitter, rather dry, very sugary. Esthers and phenol is the right intensity. Mild sweetness. Honey doesnt show to much, medium body and carbo. Bit cli icql / terpentine. Ok...
