Gravity Theory is 4.5% medium-dry full juice cider made with 100% single estate freshly pressed apples. Using Michelin, Dabinet & Harry Masters apple varieties. A lovely golden colour, a hint of sharpness which is immediately balanced with a touch of sweetness. Slightly dry, with moderate to high complexity.

19/2/2022. Can sample courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear bright gold with a small bubbly white head. Aroma of semi-sweet apple, citrus, caramel. Medium sweetness, light bitterness, touch of tart. Moderate body, oily mouthfeel, average carbonation. Slightly dry finish. Quite drinkable.

440ml can from Beers of Europe. Bright golden colour, white foamy head that dissipates to a thin rim and aroma of apple, fruity, with hints of caramel & vanilla. Taste is sweetish, tangy apple, alittle tartness, with leathery funk and some tannin. Slightly oily mouthfeel, medium bodied, light carbonation, medium dry tannic finish with alittle residual sweetness. Nicely drinkable.
