Our multi award winning beer – best sour beer ever consumed by an East Lothian butcher on a Tuesday morning, most ravishing fruit beer of the 2019 Pencaitland conker championship, and best Winton Brewery label of the year 2019. Basically, it is fantastic and we struggle to keep up with demand!
Fruitier than a cauld wind up yer kilt!

Can thanks to the brewery. Appearance - cloudy orange with a thin head. Nose - raspberry and pink grapefruit. Taste - big raspberry thing again. Palate - long and sour. Very persistent. Overall - probably just what a sour fruit beer drinker is looking for.

Bottle from Westhill SS. It pours clearish orange with a small white head. The aroma is quite sharp, strong balsamic vinegar, peach melba, sour yoghurt and strawberry. The taste is crisp, dry, rather tart upfront, puckering, acidic, salty, peach, raspberry, peach melba, salt and vinegar crisps with a dry, slightly acidic finish. Medium body and fine, prickly carbonation. Quite harsh stuff. A fairly basic sour.

Bottle at Craig's. Pours hazy yellow gold with a thin white head. Aromas of peach, raspberry and light lactic funk. Sour taste overwhelms things a bit for me.
