Sample (thanks fonefan!). Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is floral, some nectar and sweet malts with a bit bulky sweet elements too. Flavour is fruity, floral, some wooden and mild spicy tones.

--Sample, thanks fonefan! -- Clear pale amber, small head. Bready grapefruit aroma. Mid dry with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Generous bready malt covered in elderflowers and grapefruit. LOng bitter finish.

[ As Braunstein American Pale Ale ].
ABV: 5.5%. Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, straw, caramel - sweet malt, pale malt, light nutty, light to moderate hoppy, pine, woody. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, straw, pale malt, sweet malt, dusty hops, earthy notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20220115]

There might be two kinds of this one. My bottle is the same as pictured on ratebeer, but the label has the Økologisk red mark just below LE in pale ale. barcode 5704048 903297 otherwise the label and bottle , alc% etc. looks like the non økologisk pale ale clear golden, beige head. aroma of hops, dough, white bread, sweet malts. reminds me of how good homebrew smelled 15 years ago. flavor is malty sweet, slightly sugary, white dough.a little bit of euro hoppy bitterness towards the end. mothfeel is very soft and oily, suits the beer well. i sampled the rest of the bottle the next morning, at room temperature. This time around the hops and malts were more prominent, and the hops showed some notes typical of american hops, some flowery bittery notes, so i'll up the rating a bit to reflect that.

Bottle. Pours hazy golden with medium white head. Aroma is grain, hay and lemon. Taste is medium sweet and light to medium bitter. Body is light oily with medium carbonation. Finish is a bit short with notes of grass, hay, spruce and sugar.

Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a yellowish head. The aroma has notes of straw, fruits, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, straw, and fruits, leading to a bitter finish.

Bottle@Jespers - Almost clear golden pour with a white head. Citrus fruity with some notes of lemon and orange, grapefruit, medium body, grassy hoppy bitter finish.

50 cl bottle. Pours cloudy yellow. Small white head. Aroma is herbal, grassy, citrusy. Dry, grassy, herbal and slight citrusy. Dry and herbal hoppy finish.
