Mimicking Civil Society's water profile and preferred IPA grist for a slight change up. Super pungent batches of some of our favourite hop varieties offering up lashings of citrus, mangoes, gooseberries, grapes and just a hint of insane Sabro sneaking through from the whirlpool addition.

Hot Side: Sabro
Cold Side: Citra, Nelson Sauvin

Spandert av Rune. Delt på Nerstranda. Gusjegrågul. Uklar. Lavt kremaktig skum. Litt lacing. Aroma av sitrusfrukt & mango. Smaken grapefrukt. Så vidt litt bitterhet i avslutninga. Gjennomgående for søt. --- Beer merged from original tick of (collab with) Civil Society Written In Water on 15 Feb 2022 at 16:31 - Score: Appearance - 4 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 6 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 5.5. Keg @ Tap and Can. Bright hazy yellow, good white head. Bright stonefruit nose. Taste brings a smooth palate with lovely harmonious exotics at the lychee passionfruit end of the scale. Nice.

Can. Pours a nice hazy light yellow, small head. Aroma is bright citrus, especially lemon, lime, grapefruit, as well as some coconut, peach, mango. Definitely very tropical. Medium body. Good malt, very fruity, quite sweet. All the tropical fruit comes through nicely, along with some pine. Lovely, drinkable stuff.
