Slight gushing to good, dense and fine head over orangeish-golden beer, very heavily carbonated. White candi sugar, sweet pale malts and a light lactic/milky acidity, yoghurt-like, in the nose. Bitterish taste over underlying sweetness. Bitterness is short, chicory-like but very mellow. Lactic impression very much present in the flavour, but just short of sourish. Again signs of white candi sugar (I know, I know). Medium bodied, quite slick and nearly viscous, despite the high, near fizzy carbonation. Anything but bad, if not really great. Leaning towards Flemish "sour" without getting there - despite the (near) gushing.
