Bottle. Copper coloured pour with a wispy beige head. Nose is treacle toffee, caramel, nuts, touch of cola. Very similar action in the taste. Quite a sweet number, limited bitterness.

Bottle ever so slightly out of day... From Misty Bottle, Isle of Skye. It pours clear orangey - amber with a decent foamy white head. The aroma is woody, nutty, toasty grains, earth and muted toffee. The taste is crisp, dry, snappy, bitter - sweet, earthy, woody, toasted nut, touch of leather and spice with a drying finale. Average body and moderate, foamy carbonation. Ok, but fairly boring stuff.

330ml bottle from brewery shop in John O'Groats - clear amber body, short white head. Fresh malty character, some sweet caramel fruitiness, clean finish.

Bottle thanks to allmyvinyl. Appearance - hazy yellow and amber, creamy head. Nose - honey and caramel. Taste - caramel and bread. Palate - light bodied, sweet middle and a bit sweet on the end. Overall - light to medium bodied, still a bit sweet on the finish.
