Almost a myth, black IPA’s are rare to find in Belgium. These beers are hard to make, people don’t agree about this style. We didn’t care of that, we just wanted to make something pleasant for your taste buds! Our goal was to find a nice combination between the floral and fruity tastes of hop and the roasted flavours of black malts. You’ll be surprised if you never drank a black beer... The complex aromatic profile of the hops (Chinook, Sorachi Ace, Citra) matches with the extra roasted flavours and chocolate notes of the malts. Making beer is complex, but we definitely love it!

Pours black, medium sized head. Smell has dark malts, mild metallic, bit cocoa. Roasty. Taste is creamy, bitter. roasty, cocoa, high carbo. Rather low MF. Good bitterness. Some dark malts, but I could enjoy more hoparoma in here.
