Molly is the fifth member of our clowder of cat meads all based on the same concept of oak aged dessert meads with vanilla and a few other flavouring. This time we've found the inspiration for the mead in our much beloved family member and meadery cat Molly, a big grey tabby long haired lady that for some reason always smells like caramel, chocolate and vanilla. Thus Molly, or Grey Cat Mead, is a bourbon oak aged bochet made with caramelised canola honey, roasted cocoa nibs and bourbon vanilla beans.
