Coffee, slightly burned pie crust, vanilla, creme brulee, caramel nose. Black, thin tan head. Charred oak, cinnamon. Pie crust. Caramel finish. Medium body, easy carbonation. Layers of complexity, not cloying or in your face, tasteful balance for the style. A refreshing departure from other examples of the style that sling copious amounts of milk sugar and additives at the wall.
