Die Offenbarung ist ein hellbrauner, cremiger Barley Wine, verfeinert mit Datteln und Balsamico. Dieses kraftvolle Bier mit einem Alkoholgehalt von 10,5 % erinnert mit seiner süßlichen Aromatik an reife Bananen und Dörrobst. Eine robuste Bittere rundet den ausdrucksstarken Charakter ab. Ein besonderes Bier für besondere Momente.
Die Offenbarung ist handwerklich hergestellt. Es werden nur natürliche Zutaten verwendet, die teilweise (Roggenmalz, Datteln, Balsamico) die Grenzen des deutschen Reinheitsgebots verlassen. Die Offenbarung ist unfiltriert und nicht pasteurisiert. Ein leichter Bodensatz in der Flasche ist normal.

330 ml bottle. Pours a dark orange/brown with full foamy head. Aromas of caramel, dried orange peel, raisins and toasted malts. Flavors follow same but with some additional piney and bitter hop notes. A little rough; could use some aging.

Bottle recieved with Euro Swap 01-2022, many thanks to Rhoihessegold! The beer has got a red brown color with a beige head. The aroma of roasted malts and raisins. The taste is full, dried fruit, sweet, and a bit dry.

Intensiver malziger Beginn, Dörrobst, Alkohol. Cremig, unterdurchschnittlich karbonisiert, würzig, mild nach Bitterschokolade. Cremig malziger Abgang, etwas kräutrig, langer Nachhall. Gefällt. 11/12/10/11/10/11

Fruity dry beginning. Intense creamy, fruity with a deep dense rich maltiness. Hints of sourness, dry, deep. Extreme deep complex finish. Caramel, dry, sessionable, fruity and dense. Dry roasted, great. Thanks David for sharing!

Huge thanks to rhoihessegold for that one! Bottle looks simple but really good. Beer in the glass copper-brown. Small head. Intense fruity-malty alcoholic aroma. Starts strong, alcoholic, not too sharp. Woody-malty notes, bourbon. Whiskey. Finish well balanced, warming-alcoholic, light fruity touch. Wow!
