CD 13/1/2022. Black, light tan head. Smells heavy roasty, some sweetness. Body is fairly smooth, with some sharpness to it. Taste is somewhat bitter and lightly sweet. Sharp ashy roast, dark cold coffee, muscovado sugar. Not sure where the maple went. Meh

440 ml can. Pours a dark brown with moderate tan head. Aromas of burnt sugar, creamy sweet fruit, maple syrup and milk chocolate. Flavors maple syrup, French toast, milk chocolate and sweet roasty malts.

Can.Pitch black colour with medium beige head.Aroma of coffee and maple syrup,smooth and slight spicy taste nice warming well balanced finish.

Can at home. Dark black color, small beige ti light brown colored head that disappears quickly. Smell and taste malts, soft roast, chocolate, brown malts, hops lightly. Light chocolate some more, some sweetness but nicely chocolateibitrerness as well. Quite great actually. I really like this one!

Panda at home, thanks to Fergus, 17/05/22. Black with a good sized lasting tan covering. Nose is maple syrup, spice, dark malts, molasses, chocolate. Taste comprises sweet malts, toasted muscovado sugars, light coffee, spice, chocolate, light roast. Full bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a spike of booze. Decent if running a touch sweet for my liking ... but as to be expected by the name of this beer.

Can at home picked up from hotm. A dark caramel brown coloured pour with a lively lasting creamy tan head. Aroma is big meaty roast, singed brown sugars, treacle, ashy roast, bitter finish. Flavour is composed of thick chewy roast, meaty bitter roast, Ash, campfire. Maple sweetness, brown sugars. Palate is medium sweet, sticky, creamy, bitter finish, Warming alcohol. Bit harsh.

Can sample at a tasting at Yoav's place. Black, tan foam. Chocolate, fenugreek, soy sauce, sweet, sugar, caramel, maple, some alcohol.

almost black colour, large, dense and creamy beige head, which lasts for several minutes; aroma of ash or burnt wood, dark chocolate, coffee and some dried fruits like prune; taste has the same notes with intensive sugar syrupy sweetness and some spicy-chili peppery aftertaste; great one!
