A big voluptuous Imperial Stout brewed in collaboration with Abnormal Beer Co. featuring Organic Bourbon Barrel Aged Maple Syrup, Organic Hazelnuts and Organic Cacao Nibs. Aromatic notes of bourbon and maple on the nose followed by flavors of toasted hazelnuts and a lingering chocolatey finish.

1 pint can. Pours hazy dark brown to black. Small brown head. Aroma is toffee. Roasted dark malt. Bitter, roasted, dark malt. Dense roasted. Coffe and herbal. Chocolate. Bitter and toasted dark malt finish. Bitter and roasted far finish.

Can 16fl.oz. @ home. [ As Pure Project / Abnormal Carpe Noctem ].Clear dark black colour with a average to small, frothy - creamy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, light brown head. Aroma is heavy malty, roasted, chocolate, coffee, cinnamon, hazelnut, cocoa nibs, maple syrup, alcohol - bourbon. Flavor is light heavy sweet and modderate to heavy bitter with a long duration, roasted, chocolate, bourbon, cinnamon, hazeknut, cocoa nibs. Body is medium to full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft, finish feel is light to moderate alcoholic. [20171204] 8-5-9-4-17

End of November, Odense quickie. Black with a lasting tan head. Aroma of chocolate, nuts and candy. Sweet roasted flavour with plenty cocoa.

Bottle @ Maple Bacon Bourbon Bacon Bourbon Bourbony, 5000 Odense C. Pours Black with a beige head. Roast, Hard Roast, coffee and charcoal. Some maple. Soft. Tough!

Can. Black with small brown head. Aroma has fresh wood, maple syrup, chocolate and light vanilla. Smooth mouthfeel, smooth carbonation, light boozy bite. Chocolate and licorice flavour. Boozy, but not really very bourbon-y. Bitterweet, syrupy, nutty and slightly sticky. Flavourful and well balanced with nice boozy warmth.
