Heidrun Special Hop: Amarillo marries hot side additions of Citra and Mosaic with lashings of cult classic Amarillo in the fermenter. First grown over thirty years ago, this hop may not have the hype of more recent varietals but when it does show up it truly justifies its stalwart status. Expect a zesty citrus bomb with floral undertones and a smooth juicy finish that makes this edition especially quaffable. Contains Gluten. Vegan Friendly

17/2/2023. Can bought direct from the Brewery. Shared at SBGP1. Pours very slightly hazy pale golden with a large frothy white head. Aroma of citrus, stone fruits, herbs, grass and flowers. Moderate sweetness and bitterness with a tart edge. Moderate body, oily and watery, average carbonation. Dry finish. Not bad.

Murky gold with a frothy white head and a citrusy nose. Creamy with a slightly toasted character and tropical fruitiness, mellow dry bitterness in the finish.
