Imported from my RateBeer account as Neuzebier Jef Saison (by Brouwerij Anders!):
Aroma: 7/10, Appearance: 5/5, Taste: 6/10, Palate: 3/5, Overall: 12/20, MyTotalScore: 3.3/5
3/II/17 - 33cl bottle from Willems (Grobbendonk) @ home - BB: 19/X/18 (2017-102)
Slightly hazy yellowish beer, big solid creamy white head, very stable, continuously fed by small streams of bubbles in the glass, like Duvel, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: pretty fruity, bit sweet, banana, bit spicy, dusty, coriander touch (?), some almonds. MF: lively carbon, medium body. Taste: spicy start, lots of coriander, some banana, bit yeasty, pretty bitter, dusty. Aftertaste: sweet, alcohol, grassy bitterness, spicy, quite some yeast, coriander, bit metallic, more banana. I don't like banana in saisons.
