This beer explores the limits of one of our all time favorite hops: Sabro. It’s the third beer using HDHC hopping techniques, which stands for High Density Hop Charge. We’re using Sabro Incognito and Cryo in the whirlpool, and Sabro Cryo and Sabro T90 for Dry Hopping. Expect a bright yellow New England Style IPA with only 6.2% ABV to really showcase Sabro in all it’s glory. If this ain’t brewers porn, we’re not sure what is.

Can from BiervanEijk, Frederiksoord. Lovely weedy Sabro hop aroma with citrus, dille, light coconut, tropical notes, pineapple, smooth pale malt. Flavour is medium bitter and light sweet. Body is medium. Good Sabro showcase, a hop species I love.

Blik gedeeld door Romy, geprobeerd met Meindert, Roel en Lieke. Het is een troebel geel bier met een dun wit schuim. Het heeft een zoete fruitige en cocos achtige geur. De smaak van ananas, citrusachtig en hoppig.

Can. Hazy yellow golden. Dank juicy hops, artificial coconut, oats, some sunscreen, kiwi, papaya. Medium sweet and better. Pretty decent.

Canned 11/22. Hazy yellow, tiny bit of unstable white foam. Smells Sabro coconutty, light citrus. Decent body for the ABV. Flavourwise, lots of Sabro for sure. Dried coconut, some light spicyness and a bit of dry citrus peel. Not my favorite, but ok.

0,33 l can. More yellow than golden in the glass like orange limonade. Small short living white head. Intensive tropical smell with fruity sweetness. Taste starts with intensive grape and coconut, also orange sweet. Low carbonated. Mid size texture. Getting more dry due to the Sabro in the second part. Not my favourite kind of taste. Beside this, well crafted.

Can sourced from Beerdome and drunk at home (20/11/2021) - hazy golden with a white head. Sabro ❤️ giving lots of pina colada goodness, pineapple is bright and prominent, just a subtle light coconut throughout, light orange and grapefruit vibes, sweet malts, medium body and medium to light carb, piney light bitter hoppy finish.
