In tegenstelling tot de meeste donkere bieren is deze Brown Ale lekker laag in alcoholpercentage zodat je er meer dan één achter elkaar kan drinken. Dit bier heeft een lekker winters tintje meegekregen door het gebruik van kaneel. In combinatie met de geroosterde mout geeft dit het bier een aangenaam en warm smaakprofiel.

44cl bottle. A very dark brown beer with a big beige head. Aroma of dark brown malt, caramel and some cinnamon. Taste of cinnamon, brown malt, some yeast, some red fruits.

440ml can. Poured a hazy dark brown colour with a mostly lasting frothy off-white head. The aroma is light roasty malt, toffee caramel. The flavour is moderate sweet, light liqourice bitter, with a crisp, fresh, light weedy citrus, pepper spice, floral hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation.

Bruin bier met schuim. Smaak is licht bitter en kruidig met duidelijk iets van kaneel, wat gebrande mout, chocolade en wat koffie. Erg goed hoor!
