Pear nose. Hazy amber, medium head, little retention. Pear, bread. Medium body, easy carbonation. Clean and balanced, refreshing. Missing a bit of the tradenark clove, but quite enjoyable.

Clear gold pour. Thin foamy head around the glass. Scattered lace around the foamy head. Sweet flavor of malt with fruit and weed notes. Light bodied and light carbonation.

Can from Tavour. Pours translucent gold with a moderate white head. Aroma of wheat with a bit of citrus. Near med body. It's towards dry and has yeast/banana. Bitter enough. Still a hint of citrus. Gets more and more yeast/spice/banana with time.

Pour is a cloudy clear gold with an average white head. Aroma is wheat malt and yeast esters. Flavor is a bit thin. No real banana and clove thing. This is more bitter and some alcohol is present. This was just barely ok. This was way more an Amzericanized hefe.

Pint can. Mostly clear gold pour with a sudsy white head that quickly dissipates. The aroma is medium in strength with bananas and some grains. The taste is mostly banana with some hay and a lightly spicey aspect. The palate was thin and the carbonation nearly flat. Finishes short and dry with lingering bananas. Overall: Nice banana flavor, but not a top shelf hefe.

16oz can from HomeBrewStuff. Hazy golden pour; thick, fluffy white head. Bready aroma with notes of banana, bubblegum and clove. Taste follows through with plenty of authentic weizen character. All the right flavors are there, in the right amounts. Fluffy head and chewy body complete the package. Well done.

Sample at Trail's End. Pours a hazy, orange color, with a big, frothy, tan head. The aroma is banana cream, biscuit dough, mild lime, white sugar, and butterscotch. Sweet, without any real bitterness. Super smooth, zesty, and clean.

Six pack of cans guzzled at home with LeninCat. Somewhat hazy appearance though not as hazy as their Frank Hays IPAs. This has a ton of vanilla, some banana, and not as much black pepper / clove as some hefeweizens. Pretty damn easy to drink. Not a masterpiece by any means but it's an easy chugger if you don't mind drinking a vanilla wafer.
