2/23/16 batch dry hopped with Citra and Simcoe. Hazy golden appearance with a thin white head. Carbonation is a bit low. Fairly tart. Tastes fairly tart with lots of dank bud, funk, cheese, and oak. It’s delicious but I have a couple of complaints. The carbonation is too low for the style and it’s a bit more acidic than I’d like. That being said, Oak Theory is so amazing and it’s always a pleasure to chug.

Bottle thanks to Russell. Pours a cloudy orange gold with small white head that lasts. The aroma is funk, tropical fruit, oak, lemon zest. Medium mouth, tart lemon, funky, oak, nice juicy finish, very nice.
