Pours rather clear, very pale light yellow, with a hidden green shine in it. looks a bit wattery , really. Smell is sharp, tart, apples, bit dry, full. Taste is sharp, tart, dry , mild apples. Tad wattery, over what seems like a very good cider to me. Intensely sour, so keep that in mind before you buy this. i like that though.

Tap at J’s sour event. Pours a clear gold with no head. Light apple notes. Weird herbal note mid-palate...sage, mint. Apple cider vinegar. Not very good really.

4 oz pour on draft at Meridian Pint. Shared by Travlr, thanks! Clear water white. Aromas of apples and oak. Tastes of sour apple, white wine, booze. Light body with a dry finish.

Draft at Meridian Pint. Clear very pale yellow color, still - see pic with menu listing for admin verification. Taste is tart dusty overripe apples. Nice.
