Sampled from the tap at Red Cow North Loop. Pours a clear light yellow gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has lots of rye supported by grass and a bit of bread. Flavor is also very rye forward with some bread, citrus and a bit of grass coming through.

On tap @ the brewery. Yellow appearance, off white head. Grapefruit and tropical fruit galore in the aroma with spice and piney hops. Medium full body. Sweetness is in check and not overly bitter - nice. Somewhat spicy, a little gooey and boozy, lots of grapefruit. Some really nice characteristics to this beer but overall, it just didn’t impress me too much.
