Sample at Aficionado’s during the "Big Bad Bottle Share" on 02/10/2017. Hazy copper-gold color with a medium thin white head that burns away steadily to a film. Short strings of lacing. Aroma of oak, vine fruit, yeast and malt. Light to medium body with a vinous character and flavors of oak, herbal yeast and malt. The finish is slightly funky and fruity with a grape and yeast aftertaste. Good beer overall.

unclear yellow, no head. funky aroma , lots of leather, resembles gueuze a bit. flavor is tart, quite sour, leather, very clean, very refreshing and quite tart sour beer. i’m not sure why this is categorized as a saison, never tasted saison yeast based brews that was anywhere near this.

Bottle thanks to Ben. Pours a cloudy pink with medium white head that lasts. The aroma is strong funk, oak, vinous, grape. Thin mouth, tart grape, funk, brett, plum, oak, really enjoyed this.

Bottle @ the tap room in Glenwood Springs. Pours a dark pink appearance with a pinkish head. Some funk, grape must, light juice, and some cobwebs in the nose. Medium body. Light sweetness. Flavor is pretty interesting with some twangy berry notes, young wine, and a bit of juice. A little strange but pretty fun.
