This is true to style. Clean light, a showcase of pilsner malt. Well done. Zwei Fort Collins

Sample at GABF 10/07/2017, thanks to my bro for assistance with note-taking. Clear pale golden color with a medium thin white head that dissipates quickly. Short strings of lace. Aroma of fruit, yeast and malt. Light-bodied with flavors of grainy malt, fruit and mild hops. The finish is sweet with a malty aftertaste. Decent overall.

Hazy, a little apple to go with your pale malt. Sweeter, malts underdeveloped. Not really hitting the style.

On tap @ Zwei Bruder in Fort Collins. Pours a clear golden appearance with a white head. The aroma is quite clean. Some perfume and flowers. Cracker. Lemon. Slight bit of noodle. Medium light body. Low sweetness. Moderately low bitterness. The flavor is a little grassy and slightly doughy with just a hint of citrus / fruits. A touch soapy. Clean finish. Not much on the aftertaste. Nothing too special but it’s clean and easy drinking.
