Tap at the brewery - hazy gold - frothy head - nicely.executed summer saison - nose os crackery malt, light mineral, some peppery phenolics, grassy/herbal notes, lemon rind - flavor is light, dry, and crisp, with a mild.lemony acidity.- crackery malt, dusty yeast - the sorachi hops and a lovely kick of spiciness and herbal character - light vanilla sweetness near the tail end - nicely done.

Bottle @ home, picked up at the brewery for $12. Pours a pale straw yellow appearance with a nice creamy white head. Typical white pepper / spicy yeasty nose with some potpourri and lemon / citrus fruits. Soft aroma. Soft mouth feel. The flavor is penetrating and spicy. Strong herbal, lemon bread taste. Low sweetness. Medium plus hoppiness. High carbonation. Finishes pretty spicy with a bit of acidity. Pretty refreshing and the Sorachi Ace hops work well. Not all that unique from their other offerings but it is a pretty nice brew to drink.
