hazy amber, smooth light brown head. sour and spicy aroma. some bite. nice.. spicy sweet spicy flavor, sour and almost spicy notes, wood.

Pours cherry-tinged mahogany into a snifter. Off-white head recedes to skim surface. Cherry and oak aromas. Lively with oak from front to back and cherry in the lasting finish.

A reddish copper ale with a thin off white head. In aroma,superb aroma of ground cherries, lactic points, smooth and delicious, epsom salts. In mouth, a smooth and silky light sour beer with nice ground cherries, light acidic points, classic. Bottle at Boston Beer Summit, Jan. 15 2011. Then tasted on tap at Deep Ellum Jan. 16 2011.
