Draft at the brewpub during RBWG 2014 - Asheville. Pours clear yellow with a foamy, white head. Dry dough and hay in the aroma. Light sweet flavour with notes of cereal, doughy white read, subtle bitter straw. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Moderately sweet in the finish, with more pale bread and straw. OK overall, just simplistic.
